Functions & Features:

Constant current/constant voltage control: after parameter setting, the controller can select constant current or constant voltage control mode, compare the set values and acquired values of welding current/constant voltage.Nine welding conditions can be saved for optional use.Preheat current, welding current and tempering current can be set to get rid of splashing during welding and quenching problems after welding. Three discharge pulses can be used independently or combined randomly.Capable of gradual rise or drop of current: this helps prevent splashing during welding and bad nugget formation, and achieve good physical property.Fault diagnosis and automatic protection: in case of abnormality detected by the controller during operation, the output will be stopped automatically and indicated visibly.The controller features an SCM main control unit, with a highly tidy and integrated electric circuit for stable performance and high resistance to interference.
